A routine cleaning of a vacant unit’s kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, including surface wiping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Cleaning supplies and before-and-after photos are included.
Send the square footage and current photos first. BLUNA confirms the eligible unit size, condition, and exact covered scope in writing before booking. Larger units, heavy buildup, trash removal, hazardous conditions, deep cleaning, and specialty work need a separate review and quote; they are not automatically included.
No additional paid service is required. Any work outside the confirmed free scope needs your approval before it begins.
